We provide a 24-hour trial period for our IPTV to allow customers to assess their compatibility with their needs. During this trial period, refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction. However, once the trial period expires and the digital goods are delivered, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
For Premium subscription 1,3,6,12 MONTH are not refunded, we give refund only if wa can't help you. and we are not responsible for your situaion like your TV or application doesn't work for you. we responsible for our IPTV services only.
Our dedicated customer support is available to assist with any issues faced by customers. We maintain records of communication and channels accessed by customers for proof of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide exceptional service.
*For security reason any notice of chargeback we may send IPTV to your bank statment and providz all channels you have watched as proof to your bank account.
